2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider.
Shop information. You may optionally provide your shop name, tagline, contact email, phone number, website, and logo. This information is displayed on client-facing proposals.
Proposal and price book data. We store the proposals, line items, templates, and price book entries you create in the Service.
Uploaded images. Mood board photos and shop logos you upload are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. BloomBid does not store your credit card number or full payment details; Stripe handles payment data under their own privacy policy.
Usage data. We collect analytics data (pages visited, features used, session information) through PostHog to understand how the product is used and improve it.
Log data. Our servers automatically record standard log information such as IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for security and operational purposes.
